The TYH-150T3FSC-XYZ is a non-standard customized flat heat transfer machine featuring a 3-head combination and X-axis lateral movement for multi-position stamping. The machine utilizes hot stamping foil and heat transfer film to transfer patterns onto plastic surfaces under high pressure and temperature, achieving flashing laser effects or gold pattern transfers. It is compatible with a wide range of substrates and is suitable for daily necessities, household items, toys, cosmetics, electrical appliances, and various packaging industries.

Customized Design Based on Client Requirements:
Based on the specific product characteristics of your company, we have calculated and designed the dimensions, steel structure, manual loading/unloading, servo shuttle positioning, flat heat transfer/stamping, automatic foil feeding/rewinding, and other performance parameters specifically for your products. To accommodate the small pattern flat heat transfer/stamping characteristics, we utilize a pneumatic system and special fixtures to solve positioning issues with adjustable control ranges. This equipment has been technically modified from standard performance to create an intelligent stamping device tailored to save labor costs for your company.

I. Features:

Adopts an imported PLC control system; the touch screen interface makes operation more convenient.
The machine can operate in single, double, or triple mold modes (combinations: 1, 2 / 1, 3 / 2, 3 / 1, 2, 3).
Servo-driven product rotation and positioning; compatible with both heat transfer film and hot stamping foil.
In case of a malfunction, the alarm light will activate. The touch screen features an alarm record to indicate the fault location.
The machine must be equipped with safety devices to provide protection when accessed from any direction.
The product fixture seat includes both rotating and flat fixtures that can be switched for use (styles to be provided by the buyer).
The machine touch screen displays the I/O working status.
The hot stamping plate is installed on the reverse side using M5 screws.
An independent electric drive assembly control cabinet is installed, featuring separate Manual, Jog, and Automatic control settings.
In the event of a sudden power or air supply cut-off, the stamping head must not descend.
The foil feeding adopts a geared motor drive mode, ensuring stability, smoothness, and adjustable speed.
LCD display for automatic constant temperature control; equipped with a leakage protector; stamping temperature is adjustable.
No company name or LOGO is allowed on the machine.
The machine must be aesthetically pleasing, colored Sky Blue + Aluminum Alloy (subject to the color in the reference picture).

III. Machine Operational Safety Performance:

The machine is equipped with an Emergency Stop Switch: In case of an emergency, pressing the emergency switch will immediately cut off the machine's power.

IV. Precautions:
(1) When the machine needs to be moved or repaired, the power supply and air source must be disconnected.
(2) When adjusting or cleaning the oil scraper, please follow the operational steps carefully.
