The machine's lifting guide columns are enlarged to enhance pressure and ensure uniformity. The foil roll holder is thickened for better balance. The film guide rods are double-ear fixed type for stable guiding without deviation, and the quantity is increased to four sets.
The worktable base is made of cast iron. It features adjustable dovetail slide rails (front-back and left-right) for easy fixture alignment and adjustment.
The machine cabinet is welded with 50502.0 square steel tubing. In addition to the four main support columns, the interior is reinforced with double horizontal and double vertical braces, capable of withstanding up to 5 tons of transfer pressure.
