III. Machine Operation Safety Performance:The TYH-400T2MYC Skateboard Dedicated Dual-Head Heat Transfer Machine complies with the latest engineering standards. When the main power supply is turned off via program settings, the hot stamping head motor will continue to operate for 50 minutes before automatically shutting down (this prevents the silicone roller from being damaged by high temperatures upon shutdown). When used as required, this machine is absolutely reliable. It is also equipped with an emergency stop switch: in case of an emergency, pressing the switch will immediately cut off the power. Once the issue is resolved, twisting the emergency switch back will allow the machine to safely return to its starting position and resume normal operation.
IV. Precautions:(1) Before moving or repairing the machine, you must disconnect both the power supply and the air source. (2) When adjusting or cleaning the oil scraper, please follow the operational procedures step-by-step. (3) Maintain strong fire safety awareness and equip the facility with appropriate firefighting equipment.
