Features:

  1. Equipped with a PLC programmable controller featuring high sensitivity and a digital touchscreen interface, making operation simple and convenient.

  2. Utilizes multi-axis servo/stepper drives for transfer (servo-driven film swing for taper / servo-driven product rotation / stepper-driven film winding). It features minimal backlash and excellent stability in the fan-shaped swinging motion. The product rotation provides sufficient torque and outstanding stability, while the starting position of the transfer can be freely positioned. The speed is doubled compared to older models. Full photoelectric sensor control ensures high precision and exceptional overall machine stability.

  3. Adopts a direct-elbow pneumatic lifting mechanism for fast operating speeds; the hot stamping head's lifting height (pressure) can be precisely fine-tuned directly on the cylinder.

  4. Employs a lead screw to adjust the front-to-back center distance, allowing for precise and stable fine-tuning to easily align the patterned film with the product.

  5. The direct-pressure cylinder has been upgraded to a 100mm bore cylinder for greater transfer pressure; the overall temperature, transfer time, and transfer speed are fully adjustable.

  6. Features imported Taiwan APMC (Yangming) photoelectric sensors with dual-count positioning for highly accurate film feeding and winding alignment. Supports adjustable automatic paper feeding and collecting functions.

  7. Adopts a precision adjustable worktable that can be adjusted front-to-back, left-to-right, and by R-angle, facilitating safe and rapid product alignment for transfer.

  8. Digital touchscreen operation allows for easy parameter calibration; transfer pressure, temperature, transfer time, speed, and delay are all fully adjustable.

  9. The unwinding tension system is equipped with a magnetic particle clutch and a tension regulator, ensuring stable unwinding tension with digital adjustment capabilities.

  10. The heating element utilizes a wrap-around thermal conduction design to maintain uniform temperature across the silicone transfer pad.
